Terms of Service

1. The service

Anansi Atlas is an opportunity-intelligence platform for mission-driven organizations. It maps funders, partners, government pathways, and resources aligned with your organization, assesses readiness, and produces an Opportunity Web Snapshot and action plan. Founding Atlas Partner subscriptions also include an onboarding walkthrough.

2. No guarantee of funding

Anansi Atlas provides research, mapping, and strategy intelligence. We do not and cannot guarantee that your organization will receive any grant, partnership, or funding outcome. Funding decisions belong entirely to the funders and institutions involved. Information in the platform — including opportunity matches, deadlines, and readiness assessments — is provided for guidance and should be independently verified before you rely on it for applications or deadlines.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Founding Atlas Partner seats are billed monthly through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. The founding rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
• Cancel anytime — from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing info@anansiatlas.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing month is not prorated.
• If you cancel and later return, current standard pricing applies.

4. Your account & data

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the organization information you provide.
• You retain all rights to your organization's data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — including processing portions of your profile with AI research providers to build your Snapshot (see our Privacy Policy).
• You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping or reselling platform content, no using the service for unlawful purposes, and no sharing one seat across multiple organizations.

6. Our content

The platform, its design, and its generated intelligence formats are owned by Scott Foundry Group LLC. Your Snapshot is yours to use within your organization (board decks, planning, applications) — it just can't be resold as a standalone product.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scott Foundry Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We're an early-stage product and the platform will evolve. We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
